FastCalXP Operation Manual

TEST PROFILES

Test pro les are the standardized series of pressure levels used for the calibration of each model. Thus, there is a pro le for As Received calibrations and a

pro le for As Left calibrations associated with each model in the database.



To Select a Test Pro le

Test pro les can be speci ed within the New Model Wizard (accessed via the New Gauge Wizard).

1 Use the AR test pro le and AL test pro

le pull-down lists to select a test pro le for the As Received calibration and a test pro le for the As Left calibration.

2 If the desired pro le is not listed, click the Create New Pro le button to open the Pro les editor.

To Edit a Pro le or Add a New Pro le Outside of the New Model Wizard

 Choose Manage Database from the Tools menu and click on the Pro les button to open the Pro les editor.

To change the pro les that are associated with a model

1 Choose Manage Database from the Tools menu and click on the Models button to open the Models editor.

2 Select the desired model and choose the desired pro

les fr

om the pull-down lists for AR test pro le and AL test pro le.

3 If a desired pro le is not list

ed, click the Create New Pro le button to open the Pro les editor.

When the pro le has been created, return to the Models editor and select the pro le from the pull-down list.


