FastCalXP Operation Manual

TEST PROFILES

The Pro les editor provides access to all test pro les stored in the database.

The Pro le Details box is also available for creating a new pro le when a new model is created using the New Gauge Wizard.



Name

When creating a new pro le, it will help to make the Name descriptive and speci c, particularly if you will be using several similar pro les for di erent models.



Units of Measure

Use the pull-down list

to specify the correct Units of measure.



Number of Excercise Cycles

Enter a non-zero Number of exercise cycles to remind the operator to exercise the gauges before beginning any calibration that uses this pro le.



To Create a Uniform Series of Pressure Points

1 Click on Ascending/descending points.

2 Specify the minimum and maximum range of the pro le and the number of asc

ending and descending points.

The Pressure list will be  lled automatically.


